Welcome to VecOk
These Terms govern your use of VecOk, a community for meeting people through shared interests, voice conversations, messages and community updates. By using VecOk, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Your account and choices
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. You control your profile and whom you interact with through the available privacy and safety settings.
Respectful participation
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or explicit content, scams, spam, impersonation, privacy violations and illegal content are prohibited. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. You can leave conversations, block people and report concerns.
Community content
You retain rights to content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share photos, videos, audio and other content. To provide the features you choose, you permit VecOk to display and process that content within the service. Your content may be visible to other participants according to the context and your settings.
Optional coins and items
Where available, coin packs are one-time consumable purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple displays the applicable amount before you confirm payment. Purchased coins do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Optional gifts do not create an obligation to reciprocate. Item duration and cost are shown before confirmation. Time-limited items do not renew automatically.
Purchases and support
Apple processes payment and applicable refund requests. Spent consumable coins are not restored through Restore Purchases. For a purchase concern, contact support@vecok.com with the transaction reference. Never send passwords or full payment details.
Safety actions and access
Reports, blocking and community moderation help maintain a welcoming environment. Depending on the issue and available evidence, violations may result in content removal, warnings, access restrictions or account suspension. Community hosts and teams may manage participation within their community.
Ending your account
You can log out or request deletion through account settings. Deletion removes your account information and associated personal records, subject to any applicable legal obligations and processing needed to handle unresolved matters. Logging out does not delete your account. Purchase refunds are handled separately through Apple.
Availability and responsibility
Use reasonable care when interacting with other people and do not share sensitive personal information. Features and content availability may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VecOk does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the conduct of other participants. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
